Happy Tour #3

 The New windshield from Countryside Glass http://www.countrysideglasscorp.com in Rutland, Vermont is installed.  Really nice guys that accepted my shameless bribe of lunch to get the job done well and quick...eternally grateful.

The TriKing is off the blocks and all 3 wheels are back on the ground.  Bill is replying "gettinair" once again to my incessant mantra "how's it going?

It makes him smoke more cigarettes but I can't help myself.

New fuel gauge is in and being prepared for install.

Tiny Luggage rack has arrived from england and is the next install project. a single hard suitcase was measured to fit the rack and purchased. boy or girl deodorant? there is only room for one.                        

oh boy, getting prepared for a cross country tour in this unique (weird, there are only 5 of these in the united states) vehicle is daunting.

our priorities: exchange the tiny windshields for a larger one, add a luggage rack and outfit the car body for a vinyl cover, change out the small motorcycle back wheel system for an automotive wheel and tire. all items need to ship from England quickly then be installed properly.

we broke the new windshield during installation. and had to do an emergency 'plan B' maneuver. Bill is really good at these and I know he will make this happen.

adventure is not comfortable, it is thrilling and awesome but it is not comfortable.
